Course overview

This course will prepare students for professional practice by providing learning experiences and knowledge of contemporary organisational psychology topics. Students will develop knowledge and skills in professional practice communication.   

Course learning outcomes

  • Demonstrate knowledge of contemporary organisational psychology topics
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the role of the organisational psychologist and the application of organisational theories in contemporary practice
  • Apply knowledge and skills in professional oral and written communication
  • Apply understanding of the ethical and regulatory frameworks which set the standards of culturally responsive professional conduct
