Student accommodation

Student accommodation

Living in student accommodation is an excellent way to settle into university life. As this housing is provided exclusively to students, you’ll be part of a welcoming, like-minded community. We recommend student accommodation for at least your first year of study, giving you time to settle into your new routine. We find that students who choose to live in student accommodation in the first year are generally better prepared to thrive in shared or private rental accommodation in subsequent years.

Purpose-built, with everything you’ll need

Most student accommodation comes fully furnished and equipped with essential resources for effective study. In most cases, utilities and WIFI are connected, and these costs are included in your accommodation fee – making it easy for you to budget your finances.

Nationally accredited for quality

The National Property Accreditation Scheme (NPAS) is the stamp of quality for student accommodation in Australia. This accreditation means a property is being operated to a set of industry-led minimum standards in terms of amenity, facility, security and customer service.
