Course overview
This course will provide students with advanced knowledge and practice in applying and delivering culturally responsive psychological interventions within the workplace.
Course learning outcomes
- Demonstrate an understanding of the application of psychological intervention strategies in organisational and human factors contexts
- Demonstrate an understanding of approaches used to develop an evidence base for applied psychological interventions in organisational settings
- Critically evaluate the design, implementation, and analysis of organisational psychological interventions
- Demonstrate an understanding of progress towards cultural responsiveness in applied psychological interventions and research
- Communicate the principles of psychological applications and interventions to a non-specialist audience
