Course overview
This course will introduce students to psychological theories, models, methodologies, and empirical research relevant to the optimisation of performance and wellbeing of individuals, groups, and/or organisations.
Course learning outcomes
- Demonstrate the ability to critically evaluate theories relevant to organisational behaviour
- Demonstrate competence in analysing organisational behaviour theory to understand individual, group, and organisational performance and wellbeing
