Course overview

The course aims to have students learn and apply advanced psychological research techniques. Building on foundational research skills from earlier years, the course extends into ethical frameworks, open science practices and principles, evidence synthesis, consumer and stakeholder engagement, program evaluation, survey design, and communication. Content will be primarily applied to contemporary workplace and lifestyle contexts, enabling learners to think and operate as a researcher in their lives outside of university. This course aligns with the programs goals to provide students with an advanced understanding of psychological research methods and analytical approaches, ethical practice, and communication.
