Course overview

To provide students with advanced theoretical and technical knowledge in a range of principles, skills and techniques required for management of projects throughout a generic project life cycle.

Course learning outcomes

  • Demonstrate advanced theoretical and technical knowledge of project management processes across a typical project lifecycle.
  • Critically analyse, evaluate and transform project principles in order to provide solutions to complex problems.
  • Generate and evaluate complex knowledge and ideas in project management contexts and transfer to a variety of audiences.
