Course overview

This course aims to equip learners with advanced theoretical and practical knowledge necessary for managing projects across various stages of the typical project lifecycle. It covers a wide range of principles, skills, and techniques essential for effective project management, including project management systems and generic concepts, project management processes and techniques, processes integration, project environment, and the roles of the project management. This course aligns with the program’s intent to provide a deep understanding of the key Project Management standards for management of projects of various scales and industry sectors. 

Course learning outcomes

  • Apply advanced theoretical and technical knowledge of project management processes across a typical project lifecycle
