Course overview
The aim of this course is to provide pharmacists with advanced knowledge and skills needed for clinical pharmacy practice This course focuses on skills needed for clinical pharmacy practice including: principles of medical history taking and physical examination; interpretation of individual patient medical records and clinical laboratory tests; medication review and medication review techniques (including the identification of medication-related problems); skills for verbal presentation and teaching skills.

- Apply advanced medication review skills for clinical pharmacy practice
- Identify medication-related issues in people taking a variety of medicines and/or with concurrent health conditions
- Interpret results and clinical applicability of laboratory tests
