Course overview

Synthesise knowledge and cognitive skills in the research, analysis and high level management of complex communication and public relations challenges. Students will study the identification, research and analysis of communication and public relations problems and opportunities; strategic communication planning; applied evaluative research processes; crisis communication planning and management.

  • Evaluate and analyse the strategic communication needs of organisations
  • Identify creative solutions to complex organisational communication challenges
