Course overview
Synthesise knowledge and cognitive skills in the research, analysis and high level management of complex communication and public relations challenges. Students will study the identification, research and analysis of communication and public relations problems and opportunities; strategic communication planning; applied evaluative research processes; crisis communication planning and management.
Course learning outcomes
- Evaluate and analyse the strategic communication needs of organisations
- Identify creative solutions to complex organisational communication challenges
- Apply advanced communication planning skills to produce a strategic communication and crisis communication management plan
