Course overview
The aim of this course is to develop an understanding of the process of law reform.
Course learning outcomes
- Develop writing skills and critical research skills.
- Reflect upon and evaluate their own learning and performance, especially as a member of a team.
- Identify and articulate the dynamics of various relationships that can arise in the context of law reform.
- Evaluate the roles of lawyers in the law reform process in Australia.
