Course overview

The course examines the role of international law in addressing global legal environmental problems like climate change, loss of biodiversity, and plastic pollution. topics include: Sources of international environmental law; Key institutions; General rights and obligations of states; Role of Civil Society; Intersections with human rights law and international trade law; Compliance and enforcement.
