Course overview

This course will teach students the essential knowledge and skills to communicate effectively across diverse groups of people in a professional setting, to conduct legal interviews, and to negotiate binding agreements and settlements. These include: Effective and ethical communication; Interviewing skills - establishing the interview environment, listening and responding; Communicating online; Communicating Across Cultures and Diverse Groups; Key negotiation concepts; Negotiation planning; Negotiation role play.
