Course overview

The aim of this course is to equip students with the essential knowledge and skills to design interior spaces that optimise human well-being and functionality and materials. Through an exploration of environmental psychology, materiality, and human factors, students will develop a comprehensive understanding of how design elements influence human interaction and behaviour within interior environments. By integrating theoretical concepts with practical applications, this course fosters the development of innovative and empathetic designers capable of creating spaces that prioritize comfort, safety, and sustainability.
