Course overview
This course aims to equip students with the strategic leadership skills necessary to excel in both academic and industry settings. The course is structured into three comprehensive modules: leadership theories and practices, team dynamics and management, and ethical leadership. Each module incorporates case studies, interactive discussions and practical exercises to foster critical thinking and effective decision-making. To enrich the learning experience, the course features guest lectures from esteemed leaders in academia and industry, providing students with diverse perspectives and real-world insights into leadership challenges and opportunities.

If you are an international student, or a domestic student studying in a full fee paying place, and are continuing study that you commenced in 2025 or earlier, your fees will be available here before enrolments open for 2026.
