Course overview

The course aims to equip learners with skills to manage organisational transformation effectively through systematic approaches to workflow modelling and management of business processes. The course builds upon business process management and strategy theory in order to analyse business processes. The learners will learn how to identify business process improvements and opportunities for business process reengineering, automation and digital business transformation. By examining business processes, learners will work individually and in teams to gain insight into the role of a business analyst in the agile organisational environment. This course aligns with the program intent to provide a comprehensive understanding of business process modelling in the context of enterprise IT management.
