Course overview

In this course, students will develop a holistic view of the digital business environment, how organisations can respond and transform, and the impact on stakeholders and leadership. Topics include: The changing and challenging digital environment; Strategy for a successful digital transformation; A roadmap to transform; The future of digital work; Leading organisations on the digital transformation journey.

  • Investigate the drivers of digital business transformation
  • Analyse existing Digital Transformation models
  • Develop a Digital Transformation strategy for a business
  • Develop a 'roadmap' to Digital Transformation, with consideration of the impact on the workforce
  • Analyse the role, leadership styles, characteristics and behaviours for successful Digital Transformation
