Course overview
The aim of this course is to introduce the concepts of advocacy, marketing, and social media marketing for information management in libraries, archives, and records management.
Course learning outcomes
- Apply social media market models to libraries, archives, and records management organisations.
- Create campaigns for marketing and social media marketing.
- Compare and contrast social media marketing campaigns in GLAMR organisations.
- Evaluate and examine zones of social media and apply them to GLAMR organisations.
- Analyse marketing and social media marketing programs.
- Analyse, explain and adapt social media tools for a particular GLAMR organisation.
- Analyse and evaluate advocacy campaigns and programs of libraries, archives, and records management worldwide.
