Course overview

The aim of this course is to provide an appreciation for modern project management techniques and practices in a specialist area, as determined by the Program of the enrolled student, in context of a project team or individual depending on the project scope.

Course learning outcomes

  • Generate and evaluate detailed project planning and reflection documents.
  • Create, assess, and evaluate a range of documents and artefacts to undertake a project.
  • Organise and contribute to different phases of a project incorporating appropriate quality management strategies in all aspects of project management.
  • Efficiently and effectively execute a project either individually or in a team.
  • Generate and produce deliverables for the client.
  • Design and construct a poster for conveying an aspect of the project.
