Course overview
The course aims to equip learners with the knowledge and skills to apply requirements analysis to determine the needs and expectations of stakeholders. Building upon fundamental knowledge of information technology systems, the course delves into the determining stakeholder needs, transforming the identified system requirements into the system design models and critically evaluating these. The learners will learn the fundamental methodologies and apply the principles of inclusion and diversity, ethics, culture, international trends and industry best practices in the process of requirements analysis and design activities. By examining the system requirements analysis, learners will work individually and in teams to develop and articulate the deliverables of system requirements analysis to the stakeholders. This course aligns with the program intent to provide a comprehensive understanding of business analysis in context of enterprise IT management.
