Course overview
This course will cover the knowledge and skills typically required for systems administration. Content includes: Theory of Operating Systems Active Directory; Linux Basic Systems Administration; Windows System Administration; Scripting + Regular Expressions; Governance and Infrastructure.
Course learning outcomes
- Justify why software services selected meet business requirements whilst considering their impacts on cyber security.
- Configure a range of operating system services to meet specific business requirements
- Apply project management methodologies to allocate tasks and estimate durations.
- Analyse a set problem and develop a computer program using industry-standard scripting languages.
