Course overview

To provide the skills and knowledge to design, implement, maintain and troubleshoot communication and collaborative IT based system.

Course learning outcomes

  • Describe the operation and components involved in an IT based communication system
  • Design a communication and collaborative solution for integration into a modem data network
  • Provision unified communications for end users and associated devices
  • Describe the need to implement QoS for voice and video and configure the DiffServ QoS Model
  • Troubleshoot and maintain a unified communications system
  • Maintain a unified communication system
