Course overview

Students will develop the skills and practices to adopt a collaborative and automated approach to software development and information technology operations in the context of development, security and operations (DevSecOps). Students will develop pipelines and tools that impact network development in a secure environment. Students will learn approaches and tools to support effective, efficient, and secure networking and deployment within the DevSecOps framework 

Course learning outcomes

  • Describe the principles and practices of development, security and operations (DevSecOps)
  • Describe how to incorporate security into the development and operations (DevOps) pipeline
  • Apply tools and techniques used in development, security and operations (DevSecOps)
