Course overview
In this course, students will derive a design from a set of system requirements. Participate in design studio to design a viable product; contribute to teams to bring output to stakeholders; and understand the employment market.
Course learning outcomes
- Develop a high level system design based on a set of requirements
- Apply composition, decomposition and abstraction techniques to generate a component structure for design
- Verify design against requirements to confirm validity of design
- Develop employability skills

If you are an international student, or a domestic student studying in a full fee paying place, and are continuing study that you commenced in 2025 or earlier, your fees will be available here before enrolments open for 2026.
