Course overview
This course provides students with an experiential learning opportunity to engage in hands-on internships with global businesses, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), or government entities. Students will gain practical insights into diverse aspects of international business operations through negotiated projects encompassing functional areas (including international marketing, international human resource management, global supply chains, etc.). Supervised by academic and industry mentors, students will navigate challenges, contribute to projects, and reflect on their experiences.

- Demonstrate the ability to recognise and articulate the professional skills and capabilities crucial for success in international business roles, ensuring alignment with industry demands and expectations
- Exhibit a high level of self-awareness regarding one's cultural values, attitudes, and communication style, fostering a deeper understanding of personal cultural identity within the framework of international business
