Course overview

The Industry Project Capstone is a culminating experience for MBA students, integrating academic knowledge with real-world application. Students work in teams to address complex business challenges presented by partner organisations. Projects encompass strategic analysis, problem-solving, and implementation plans, requiring students to utilise skills in leadership, finance, marketing, and operations. The course emphasises collaboration, professional communication, and practical insights. Deliverables include a comprehensive project report and a final presentation to stakeholders. This capstone prepares students for executive decision-making and enhances their ability to drive business innovation.
