Course overview
This course aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of organisational behaviour theories, focusing on how personality and perception and group attributes shape organisational culture, ethics, and structure. By integrating historical insights with contemporary approaches, students will engage in experiential learning activities to develop skills in determining costs and benefits of teams and decision-making as well as applying various models of motivation.
