Course overview

This course aims to equip students with advanced knowledge and skills on the theory and application of model-based complex systems engineering. Building upon fundamentals of systems engineering knowledge introduced earlier, the course delves into structured systems engineering methodologies. By applying this knowledge, students will develop critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills through group projects and case studies to understand and manage systems design and evolution in modern engineering systems. This course aligns with the program's intent to provide a comprehensive understanding, and practice, of model-based complex systems engineering techniques and their applications.
