Course overview
This course aims to equip students with the skills to design artificial intelligence (AI) systems that prioritise human needs and values. Combining insights from AI, human-computer interaction (HCI), psychology, and ethics, it fosters an understanding of how to build responsible and beneficial AI-driven technologies. Students will engage in practical projects to develop interactive systems, gain experience in enhancing usability, and learn to critically assess the integration of AI in society, ensuring these technologies are both impactful and ethical.
