Course overview
The aim of this course is to equip students with a comprehensive understanding of the strategic principles and analytical methodologies essential for designing and optimising efficient and resilient supply chain networks. This course delves into the intricacies of supply chain design, exploring key concepts, advanced analytics tools, and industry best practices. In this course, students develop advanced knowledge of the critical role of data analytics in supply chain design and management and how it can align and contribute to an organisations overarching strategic goals and objectives.
