Course overview
This course provides students with theoretical and practical knowledge to develop, through the undertaking of experiential learning activities and projects in business and community settings, professional business skills and values and explore how these impact on organisational management and leadership decisions, business strategy, and business conduct. Students will apply management theories, undertake structured analysis and reflect on the experience gained in the undertaking of the course activities and projects.
Course learning outcomes
- Carry out in-depth research, analysis, report writing and presentations.
- Demonstrate effective communication, leadership and other high performance management practices.
- Identify and articulate the roles, responsibilities and dynamics of an organisation and its performance.
- Reflect upon and evaluate their own learning and performance in a business setting.

If you are continuing in a program you commenced prior to 1 January 2021, or are commencing an Honours degree relating to an undergraduate degree you commenced prior to 1 January 2021, you may be charged a different Student Contribution amount from the amount displayed below. If you are an international student, or a domestic student studying in a full fee paying place, and are continuing study that you commenced in 2025 or earlier, your fees will be available here before enrolments open for 2026.
