Course overview
The aim of this course is to apply a range of conceptual, analytical and research skills in the design and management of sustainable value-creating, consumer-driven businesses in a value chain. In this course, students undertake a value approach to further develop their understanding of the complexity of supply chains and how to manage them to attain sustainable competitive advantage. Through this course, students will learn to integrate sustainability principles into the core functions of value chain management, focusing on creating value for consumers while also addressing environmental, social, and economic considerations. Students are assessed through critical analysis, report and contribution.
