Course overview
The aim of this course is to provide the opportunity to students to create a minimum viable digital solution to address a business challenge facing industry today and to determine how the product could be scaled and implemented into a business environment. Many factors can influence the successful implementation and adoption of a digital solution in business. Managing the change, negotiating with stakeholders and managing timelines, budget and risks are all critical for successful implementation and adoption. A minimum viable product will be developed. An implementation roadmap, change plan, and sustainment plan will be developed. In developing the project outcomes, real world examples of issues and challenges experienced on Accenture projects will need to be addressed.

- Create a digital product design to demonstrate how a proposed digital solution could address an industry challenge.
- Create a roadmap for implementing a digital solution within an organisation considering the requirements of the business and stakeholders.

- Describe the key risks with implementing the solution and the mitigating actions that could be taken.
- Estimate the requirements on the organization to scale and sustain the digital product design if it was put into production.
- Team effectively to work independently and collaboratively as a member and leader of diverse teams.
