Course overview
The course aims to provide an immersive experience in landscape architecture through the analysis of five critical case studies, focusing on the practical aspects of project conception, financing, design, construction, and management. It seeks to equip students with the skills to critically evaluate projects on social, economic, environmental, and aesthetic grounds, fostering a comprehensive understanding of professional practice in the field. Students may visit practice offices for talks, take part in Aboriginal workshops on traditional ecological knowledge and visit projects under construction for an immersive work integrated learning experience.
