Course overview
The aim of this course is to apply advanced research and design skills in the integration of theoretical, technological, behavioural, ethical, issues in a complex interior architecture project in the context of multiple stakeholders and built environment typologies. Building upon knowledge and research skills acquired in Interior Architecture Honours Research 2, and students will apply tactics of critical analysis, synthesis and evaluation to a chosen field of inquiry. Students will gather and articulate the information into the production of a research-informed design project. This course aligns with the program’s intent to advance knowledge in interior architecture practices and human environments; socially, sustainably, physically and equip students for professional practice or as a pathway to higher degree research and further learning.
