Adelaide University offers a variety of parking options across its metropolitan and regional campuses for students, staff, contractors and visitors. While availability and conditions vary by location, all campuses support accessible and sustainable transport choices.

Types of parking at Adelaide University

  • Casual and Visitor Parking: Available at most campuses except for Adelaide City where Casual and Visitor Parking is only available between 4:30pm – 6:30am. Payment is required via ticket machines or mobile apps.
  • Contractor Parking: Temporary permits may be available depending on the nature of work and location.
  • Staff Parking: Permit options and salary sacrifice available for eligible staff. Further information is available in Staff Portal.
  • Student Parking: Limited permit options available, including after-hours. Further information is available in Student Portal.
  • Accessible Parking: Available at all campuses. Locations are shown on Campus Maps.
  • Motorcycle Parking: Designated bays available at selected campuses.

There is no provision for visitor parking at the Adelaide City Campus during business hours. There are short term loading zones across the campus. There are a number of commercial parking options throughout the city.
