What do I do if my student visa is refused?

Last Modified: 12/Jul/2024

If your student visa is refused, your visa refusal document will state if you have appeal rights. Generally, if you are offshore, you are not entitled to appeal the decision.

You will need to advise the University and provide your visa refusal document. If you have paid the University fees, you will also need to apply for a refund.
