My visa hasn't arrived, what should I do?
Last Modified: 12/Jul/2024
If your student visa hasn't arrived, or you have received it after the last arrival date outlined in your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE), you will need to request a deferral to the next available intake for your program.
Most Adelaide University programs can be deferred, and you will need to contact our International Admissions team to arrange this.
If your program is eligible for deferment, your existing CoE will be cancelled, and you will be issued with a revised offer for an alternative intake. Once you have accepted this offer and paid any necessary fees, you will be issued an updated CoE, and you will then need to advise the Department of Home Affairs of the changes.
Contact the Adelaide University International Admissions Team via the contact details in the Online Application System to request a deferral.
