A merit-based top-up scholarship(s) bequeathed by Constance Fraser in 1937.
This scholarship is awarded to the highest ranking graduate research applicant with a masters qualification who is not in receipt of a scholarship of equal or greater value. The successful applicant must also be in receipt of a major scholarship. Recipients will receive a top-up stipend of $5,475 p.a. (indexed) for up to 3.5 years.
