The R.K. Morton Honours Scholarship in Agricultural Biochemistry was established in 1965 at the University of Adelaide in memory of Professor Robert Kerford Morton F.A.A. who was the Waite Professor of Agricultural Chemistry from 1957 to 1962 and Professor of Biochemistry in 1963.
The scholarship supports a student undertaking a research project in Agricultural Biochemistry in the School of Agriculture, Food and Wine.

Eligibility
To be eligible to apply for this scholarship you must:
- Have completed the third year course Plant Biotechnology
- Be undertaking an Honours degree with a research project related to Agricultural Biochemistry in the School of Agriculture, Food and Wine
- Be enrolled on a full time basis

Selection of the successful candidate will be made according to:
- Academic merit (GPA)
- Answers to questions on the application form
