The Rider Levett Bucknall Third Year Grant will assist a student in their third year of the Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) (HCONM) degree program‚ or the Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) (XBCMH) for Adelaide University Online students who are based in South Australia. The recipient will be selected in the second year of their program and will receive the grant in their third year provided they continue to meet the eligibility criteria.
Value: $2‚500 to be paid in one instalment after the Semester
1 census date in the recipient’s third year.

Eligibility criteria
Applicants must:
- Be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident of Australia, Holder of a Permanent Humanitarian Visa, New Zealand Citizen or International Student.
- Be enrolled full-time in the second year of the Bachelor Construction Management (Honours) or the Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) for Adelaide University Online students who are based in South Australia.
Candidate selection
Applicants must:
- Submit a current Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Have the capacity and willingness to undertake a paid placement in the Adelaide office of Rider Levett Bucknall.
- Provide a written statement clearly addressing the points listed below.
o Outline your understanding of Rider Levett Bucknall and what you can bring to the company.
o Your career goals in building and construction.
o How the grant would help to achieve these goals.
Important information
The grant may not be held in conjunction with another grant managed by Adelaide University’s College of Engineering and Information Technology during the grant term and previous recipients of a Rider Levett Bucknall Grant will not be considered.
Selection: The recipient will be assessed on the basis of academic merit (GPA) and personal attributes evident in the grant application and interview process. The recipient will be given the opportunity to undertake paid work experience and will be required to submit a written report to RLB at the conclusion of the grant. Awarding of the grant is at the discretion of the selection committee‚ who may not award the grant where there are no suitable candidates.
