The Paul Anderson Law Grant is available to students who have completed at least 8 law courses. The grant will be awarded on the basis of financial need and academic merit, and preference will be given to students with a disability.
Value: $4,000 for full-time students
Payment will be in two instalments:
$2‚000 paid after the census date for Semester 1
$2‚000 paid after the census date for Semester 2

This grant is open to students who are:
⦁ Australian citizens, permanent residents of Australia, Holders of Permanent Humanitarian Visa or New Zealand Citizens
⦁ Enrolled in the 2nd or 3rd year of the Bachelor of Laws (Honours) program.
The grant recipient will be selected on the basis of:
1. Disability
2. Financial need
3. Academic merit to be determined by the cumulative grade point average (GPA) achieved by the student.
Applicants must submit a personal written statement (1‚000 words) outlining study details and demonstrating career and personal goals and how the grant would assist them in achieving those goals. As consideration will be given to applicants with a disability who have experienced financial and/or other educational barriers that impact access to study or continued study‚ applicants are also encouraged to provide this information in their statement.
