Graduate research students affiliated with the Australian Centre for Child Protection are encouraged to apply.
The eligible undergraduate programs are:

Eligibility and Selection Criteria:
⦁ Female student
⦁ Be an Australian Citizen‚ Permanent Resident of Australia‚ Holder of a Permanent Humanitarian Visa, New Zealand Citizen or International Student.
⦁ Full-time load in an eligible program
⦁ Grade Point Average (GPA) of 4.5 or above
⦁ Graduate research student or an undergraduate student in the final or honours year
⦁ Demonstrated interest in the field of child protection
⦁ Financial need
Selection criteria
Applicants are required to provide a written statement (maximum 500 words) outlining:⦁ reasons for studying their current program and demonstrated interest in the field of child protection or the development of at risk babies and/or pre-school aged children
⦁ community engagement (e.g. relevant voluntary work or engagement in the field of human services)
⦁ future career goals‚ and the impact they would like to have on their chosen profession.
Important information
The grant will be awarded on the basis of academic achievement‚ financial barriers that impact access to study or continued study and passion for their studies as demonstrated in the written statement. Studies will show a demonstrated interest in the field of child protection or the development of at risk babies and/or pre-school age children.How to apply
