This Scholarship was established in 2011 at the University of Adelaide through a donation from Professor Ashok Khurana, a former staff member of the University, who wished to encourage students to pursue the study of music. As the Scholarship supports students in their third and final year of study, Professor Khurana and his friends and family—who share his love of classical music—are invited to attend the annual performance showcasing the work of the third-year students.
