The Jack de Vos Scholarship was established in 1981 at the University of Adelaide by Mrs D L Duthie for the purpose of founding scholarships in piano tenable at the Elder Conservatorium for students of special talent. The Scholarship supports undergraduate students who are undertaking a music program and specialisation in Piano.

Eligibility
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must:
- Be undertaking a Bachelor of Music, Bachelor of Music (Advanced) or Bachelor of Music (Honours) (or equivalent) specialising in piano at Adelaide University
- Be an Australian Citizen, permanent resident of Australia, New Zealand Citizen or holder of a permanent humanitarian visa
- Be enrolled on a full time basis in a Commonwealth Supported Place
Selection criteria
Selection of the successful candidate will be made according to:
- Academic merit (GPA or ATAR)
- Auditions, performances or interviews relevant to the Elder Conservatorium of Music
Important information
- You must meet all of the above listed criteria to be eligible
- The Scholarship must be taken up in the year in which it is offered
- Students receiving other Adelaide University Scholarships may be eligible for this Scholarship
