The Dorothy Marshall Scholarship was established by Public Trustee from a bequest of the late Dorothy May Marshall to support female undergraduate students commencing a Bachelor of Arts majoring in English Literature or Bachelor of Arts majoring in Creative Writing program of study at Adelaide University.

Eligibility
To be eligible to apply for this scholarship, applicants must:
- Have completed Year 12 at Adelaide High School in the year preceding the award
- Be commencing a Bachelor of Arts majoring in English Literature or Bachelor of Arts majoring in Creative Writing
- Be an Australian Citizen, permanent resident of Australia, or holder of a permanent humanitarian visa
- Be enrolled on a full time basis in a Commonwealth Supported Place
- Be a female student
Selection criteria
Selection of the successful candidate will be made according to:
- Academic merit (ATAR)
Important information
- There is no application process for this scholarship, it will be directly awarded to a commencing student
- You must meet all of the above listed criteria to be eligible
- The Scholarship must be taken up in the year in which it is offered
