The Victor Edgeloe Scholarship for Woodwind was established by the University of Adelaide through a bequest from Victor Allen Edgeloe in 2003. The scholarship supports outstanding students of woodwind instruments in the classical tradition (flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon and horn) to study at the Elder Conservatorium of Music.

Eligibility
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must:
- Be undertaking studies in a woodwind instrument in the classical tradition (flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon or horn) and enrolled in a Bachelor of Music majoring in Classical Performance, Bachelor of Music, Bachelor of Music (Advanced) or Bachelor of Music (Honours)
- Be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident of Australia
- Be enrolled on a full time basis in a Commonwealth Supported Place

Selection of the successful candidate will be made according to:
- Outstanding talent
Important information
- There is no application process for this scholarship, it will be directly awarded
- You must meet all of the above listed criteria to be eligible
- The Scholarship must be taken up in the year in which it is offered
- Students receiving other Adelaide University Scholarships may be eligible for this Scholarship
- Students in receipt of this Scholarship shall not concurrently hold any other Scholarship specifically designated for woodwind instruments
