The Skye McGregor Scholarship for Cello was established at the University of Adelaide by Iona Levinson in honour of her mother Skye McGregor. The scholarship supports undergraduate students undertaking a music program and who are specialising in cello.

Value: $10,000 per year to be paid in two instalments.

Eligibility

 To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:

  • Be undertaking the Bachelor of Music, Bachelor of Music (Advanced), Bachelor of Music (Classical Performance), Bachelor of Music (Honours) and specialising in cello
  • Be enrolled on a full time basis 

Selection criteria

Selection of the successful candidate will be made according to: Academic merit Auditions, performance, or interviews relevant to the Elder Conservatorium

  • There is no application process for this scholarship, it will be directly awarded
  • You must meet all of the above listed criteria to be eligible
  • The Scholarship must be taken up in the year in which it is offered
  • Students receiving other Adelaide University Scholarships are eligible for this Scholarship
