The Sage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Music Scholarship has been established by Dr. Helen Sage to support one Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander student who is graduating from a CASM Foundation Year program and enrolling in an undergraduate music program of study at the Elder Conservatorium of Music and School of Performing Arts.

Value: $5,000 to be paid in two instalments.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the grant, applicants must:
- Be an Australian Citizen of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent
- Have recently graduated from a CASM Foundation Year Program through the Centre for Aboriginal Studies in Music (CASM)
- Be commencing a Bachelor of Music program in the Elder Conservatorium of Music
- Be enrolled on a full time or part time basis in a Commonwealth Supported Place
Selection criteria
Selection of the successful candidate will be made according to:
- Academic merit
- Industry and community engagement
- Potential for future impact and equity and access
Important information
- There is no application process for this scholarship, it will be directly awarded
- You must meet all of the above listed criteria to be eligible to apply
- The Scholarship must be taken up in the year in which is offered
- Students receiving other Adelaide University Scholarships may apply for this Scholarship
