The Rolf Ehrlich Scholarship for Indigenous Students was established in 1993 from a bequest to the University of Adelaide from Margaret Elizabeth Newall to provide Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students the opportunity of studying an undergraduate program.

Eligibility
To be eligible for the scholarship applicants must:
- Be Australian Citizens of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent
- Be enrolled on a full time basis in a Commonwealth Supported Place
- Be commencing any Bachelors degree
- Demonstrate you are in financial need*
* Applicants must demonstrate financial need and provide supporting documentary evidence at the time of application, e.g. details of income tested Commonwealth income support payment, such as Youth Allowance, Austudy, ABSTUDY benefits, or other details of their financial circumstances. *Evidence of Tertiary Access Payment (TAP) application or approval does not demonstrate financial need.

- Answers to questions on the application form
