A scholarship supporting Aboriginal students who have demonstrated financial barriers to accessing post-secondary study. Recipients will receive an annual stipend of up to $6,000 per annum for up to 4 years full time study or part-time equivalent.
Eligibility criteria
- Commencing Undergraduate and Postgraduate Coursework Student (Including online)
- Australian Citizen
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students
- Demonstrate financial barriers to access post-secondary study
- To be eligible for relocation grant, the home postcode as recorded in the student record, must be outside of Major Cities in Australia

- Home postcode as per the student record to determine relocation grant eligibility
Important information
- Applications open early 2026.
- One off relocation grant of $1,500 to students relocating from postcodes outside of Major Cities in Australia areas based on the ASGC Remoteness Area result from the Health Workforce locator
- $500 Starter Pack grant paid to all students who are awarded this scholarship
- Bursaries to support accommodation expenses for one year are available as part of this scholarship
